  • Im not really sure I understand your issue but i presume the print spool service is being stopped or not starting at all?

If you run services.msc is the print spool service set to automatic? if not, set to automatic and restart then recheck it. If you manually restart it doe it start and then stop itself?

    Try this solution also:

  • I agree with Muzzlez, if you set it to auto it should work,

  • Hi,

Generally, we should check the printer processor and clear third party print components.

For a simple solution, you can try this tool:

    Microsoft Fixit for Printing
