How To See The "New", "Upload", "Actions," And "Settings" Menu Buttons In A Folder RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello - I am new to Sharepoint and have created a folder within a
library. When i was in the Edit mode within the folder, I
accidentally deleted the row that shows the "New", "Upload",
    "Actions," and "Settings" Menu buttons.

Could someone please let me know what steps I need to take to get that
menu bar back in the folder?

    Thanks!
    grace

  • Hi,

    No worries,

again click on edit page option, select that library web part, and click on Modify shared web part.

you will get a box to edit different options in right side.

Under toolbar type right now it must showing Summary Toolbar or No Toolbar , so just change it and make it Full Toolbar.

    Click Apply and Ok.

Exit edit mode and you will get all your options back.

    hope this helps.
