Hey guys,
I'm having an issue where whenever I load a folder or Control Panel or something of the nature (basically anything that uses File Explorer) 1 the folder won't open and 2 explorer.exe runs at 70% or 80% processor usage. Any suggestions at all as to how to fix this issue?
