Just figured out something I was banging my head against for the better part of two days. Hopefully I can save some else the pain.
I couldn't get the console to work as an application ... the log kept showing the correct commandline but then complained that the command line options were invalid. Turns out that smart quotes survive being copied from notepad to the console AND to
the command line if/when you try testing manually.
