    Hi 

    I am having trouble opening a zip file and get a message that states "Windows error 0 running.  How can I retrieve my data from this zipfile? Thank you.

    Check with another more realiable zip file. Chances are that the zip that make troubles is corrupt.

    Otherwise place your question in WinZip forum.
