Hi Kareem Zeini,
Is the hyper V hosts' whole system frozen or just the Hyper V management console frozen?
1. If the hyper V management console frozen, I would suggest check if the VMMS service in "Service" is running, if not, start the service; if yes, restart the services:
2. If the Whole system if frozen, please try restart the Hyper V host, check if it could work;
3. Check if there's any third-party software running on the Hyper V host, if yes, please turn them off and monitor the situation;
4. Check if the Hyper V host is up to date, if not, please patch the Hyper V host with latest windows update;
5. If the above still not work, please check the Hyper V event log and system log in Event Viewer, check if there's any related error.
Best Regards,
Anne

Hi Kareem,
Have you be able to solve this problem?
I am having the exact same issue.
Kind Regards,
Warren
Let me briefly elaborate on my issue.
I have had a stable Environment running until about 3 weeks ago.
Four Servers all did the same thing. The HOST (Physical Server) "Locks UP", "Hangs" or "Freezes" after a period of running for a few hours. You cannot RDP into the HOST Server, you cannot access the HOST Server from the Server Console itself and we have even tried via the ILO. The HOST just does not respond. However...the Virtual Machines running on those now FROZEN HOSTS are running fine. No Issues there.
If I Shut Down the host by FORCED RESTART using the Power Button on the HOST SERVER itself and the HOST Server boots up then I can access the HOST Server...No Problem. However....leave it for an hour or two and then come back and you will find the HOST FROZEN and unresponsive to any Keyboard Input. NO RDP and NO ILO access at the Console Screen either.
Any similar issues????
Any possible resolutions???
