  Hi ,

  "Automatically show the touch keyboard in windowed apps when there’s no keyboard attached to your device."
  Do you mean this?

  Are you using Surface?

  There is no such setting on my Windows 10 computer. According to my research, this setting is related to Surface. Please see "Solution 3: Change your typing settings" .
