Based on your description, I understand that you want to configure a report contains the information about “caller,callee, agent that picked up the phone, responsetime and sessionsEndtime”, is that right ?
If this issue, according to my research, there is no method to customize it in SFB server side, you could see these information in SFB call list report, for details, please refer to

If you want to achieve this goal, you could post this question in Lync SDK forum, there are experts will help you develop it.
