Trouble with allowing websites RRS feed

  • Question

  • This might be a dumb question, as I'm new to SteadyState- if so, please forgive me!

I set up a user profile that was allowed to visit the website mycompany.company.com (company takes place of the actual name, obviously).  This site is our online employee records system - you can go online and view your paycheck, vacation, etc.  I decided after the fact to allow access to our entire domain (company.com).  However, after saving changes and logging in as the SteadyState user, I can still only access mycompany.company.com.  I've also tried entering "mycompany.company.com;company.com" (without the quotes) in the allowed websites field, with the same results.  It's as if changes aren't being picked up.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

Instead of specifying both of those hosts, try using *.company.com.
