AD scans showing 'Insufficient Data' for some User records RRS feed

  • Hi, my AD User Reports show a successful scan, but some User Accounts have "Last Activity Date" and "Days Since Last Activity" reporting 'Insufficient Data'. All other data for these rows reports normally. Other records report totally fine for the same AD.

    It seems unlikely that these accounts were never used.

    Does anyone have a concrete reason why some records would show 'Insufficient Data' please ?.

    Could you please share the log file and reports generated for MAP Toolkit to mapfdbk@microsoft.com.

    The log file should be present at “C:\Users\<current user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MAP\ MAP Toolkit”.
