Draging a file using (right click) to to a new email wont give me the option to create a hyperlink, office 2010 windows 10 RRS feed

  • In windows 10 we are not able to drag a file (right click), and geting the option to create a hyperlink as i had the option in windows 7.

    Both use office 2010.

    Windows 7 with office 2010.

    1. I drag a file pressing right click to a new email.

    2. The option to create a hyperlink appear.

    windows 10 with office 2010.

    why doesnt the option to creat a hyperling appear as in windows 7?????

    Could I know how do you drag the file to a new email? Would you mind sharing more detailed steps so I can help test here?

    I compared between Win 7and win 10 but didn't find a difference. How do you create a hyperlink?
