Windows 10 1803 forced update

Question
-
Good Morning,
I am using Windows 10 Enterprise, build 1709 and use semi-annual chanel set for 365 days deffered feature upgrades. Even though, I get Windows 1803 build update every time I check for updates. Is there any way to block the feature update (and still get security updates) other than moving to SCCM/WSUS?
