  • Hi,

    Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, check "Always record developer console messages". Save changes.

    Open IE in a blank tab (about:blank), then press f12 to display the dev tool, without closing the dev tool return to IE and type the address of your new site home page....

    http://perfectus.com/

    correct the errors as indicated by the dev tool.

    To debug your website, f12>Debug tab, select "Break on all exceptions", then (without closing the dev tool)  return to your page and refresh it...

    You should not use CLSID attributes in Object tags, see your flashfix.js file...

    .... consider hosting that content on vimeo or youtube instead.

    function WriteSwf(img,wsize,hsize){
    	document.write("<object classid=\"clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000\" codebase=\"http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,29,0\" width=\""+wsize+"\" height=\""+hsize+"\">");
        document.write("<param name=\"movie\" value=\""+img+"\">");
        document.write("<param name=\"quality\" value=\"high\">");
        document.write("<param name=wmode value=transparent>");
        document.write("<embed src=\""+img+"\" quality=\"high\" wmode=\"transparent\" pluginspage=\"http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer\" type=\"application/x-shockwave-flash\" width=\""+wsize+"\" height=\""+hsize+"\"></embed>");
    	document.write("</object>");
    }
    Note that macromedia no longer OWNS flash, the codebase attribute given is no longer valid and the CLSID points to the redundant MM version of flash.

    note also if tracking protection or ActiveX filtering is turned on in your IE version. Any blocked content will be listed in the console tab of the dev tool.

    (you will see a blue circle icon with a line through it in the IE address bar)

  • tried the options in the link given below, but not successful

    Details?  Did the regsvr32 commands say they worked?  Another poster there claimed it was necessary to unregister them first, which would certainly prove that they had been registered again but otherwise seems redundant to me.

  • Hi ThotaAshok,

    Have you tried any other browsers? Such as Chrome or Firefox? Did they have the similar issue?

    I suppose that there is something wrong with IE11, please refer to the link and check the result.

  • I tried other browsers. Firefox and no issue.

    Robert i tried four commands and the first one worked, and last two worked, but the second one did not work. I am admin on that machine, but we got an error saying "The module "C:\programfiles%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005". For more info on this, search online using the error code as search term.

    %SystemRoot%\System32\regsvr32 -u "%programfiles%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll"
    %SystemRoot%\System32\regsvr32 "%programfiles%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll"
    %SystemRoot%\Syswow64\regsvr32 -u "%programfiles(x86)%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll"
    %SystemRoot%\Syswow64\regsvr32 "%programfiles(x86)%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll"

    I even added our site to trusted sites, but no luck. I even tried to add the whole "https://*.domainname", but no luck either.

    This is happening only when my Internet Options ==> General ==> Tabs button ==> When a pop-up is encountered ==> "Let Internet Explorer decide how pop-ups should open" is selected or when "Always open pop-up in a new tab" is set.
