Unable to login skype for business RRS feed

  • Some of our users not able to login skype for business,its showing " Computer clock is not set correctly" ,As i checked system Time/ Date are correct.

  • What is the date and time on the server?

    Also. what is your backend? S4B 2015? enterprise or standard?

    If user is hosting on Skype for business online, please refer to the following link:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2581291/skype-for-business-online-sign-in-error-if-settings-such-as-the-computer-time,-date,-user-name,-or-password-are-incorrect

    If use is hosting on on-Premise Skype for business, you could check computer’s clock and time zone settings on client PC side, Skype for business FE side, Skype for business BE side, make sure them have same settings, then check if the issue persist.

    As Jim suggested, Just match the time of server and client & you are good to go.
