my onedrive won't change its sync problem even after buying more storage RRS feed

  • I ran out of space on my 5GB onedrive and so cannot save or sync files.  I bought more space by subscription to the 1TB to get more space but the onedrive still shows only 5GB and wont save my files or sync to the cloud.  Please help.

    Where did you check the 1TB space? I suggest you sign in OneDrive online and confirm if the space correct.

    I also suggest you contact  Microsoft service and confirm if the bill effective, you can contact Microsoft service:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4051701/global-customer-service-phone-numbers

    Please check whether there is any large file in OneDrive, please remove them from OneDrive and put them back to have a check.
