"So what site are we suppoed to check to see if the health dashboard is up???"
The Health Dashboard Health Dashboard of course! Too bad it's also hosted on the same server as the first Health Dashboard. Which is clearly the same server as BPOS overall.
MS, time to get your s**t together. I'm so tired of this.

I contacted them and they told me they are experiencing sign on issue, i told them you not only experiencing that you also experiencing webaccess issue.. I'm very disspointed in bpos this is the 4 down in 2 months and this is supposed to be reliable. We went from in house groupwise to hosted Microsoft bpos not only we're getting culture shock we're getting down time.. :(
BsecheWednesday, June 22, 2011 3:55 PM -
Our connection in NY is completely hit or miss. Its like we are connected via a 9600 baud modem.
The health monitor is completely FUBAR. MS, throw us a bone here and let us know what is happening.

BsecheWe're in a similar situation. We just migrated over from an aging in-house exchange server to BPOS. Our server may have been old, but it was reliable. This outage coupled with the huge one in May may just mean we will be leaving BPOS. This may have turned out to be a costly mistake.
Wednesday, June 22, 2011 4:01 PM -
Same here, r migrated from Clustered Exchange 2003 in house which we seldom had an issue with to this because
owner does not want to have anything inhouse.

About an hour ago, some customers began experiencing intermittent issues connecting to services served from the North American data center, including access to the Service Health Dashboard. We are actively working to restore service and identify the issue. We will provide an update within 30 mins. We sincerely apologize to our customers for any inconvenience this may cause them.

Well, I'm glad we got some feedback on the cause.
But a hardware failure? Isn't the point of having a cluster environment is to avoid going down due to a hardware failure?

Ohh my the number reason we went to you guys is because there's not supposed to be no down time or "switch" if any hardware fails we can lay over..Are you really clustering, NO virtualization.. Sorry a little upset. I appreciate your feedbac

I'd advise against it as well. We are going to stick it out through the Office 365 transition out of pure masochism, but it's doubtful we'll bring any of our clients to MS hosted applications in the forseeable future.
Moving on the cloud was supposed to be our salvation... We tried 365 but it apparently won't get its BES any time soon so we decided to try BPOS... But so far, with today's events, I'm not impressed.
Still down here.

I don't think so. There was a note a while ago about dropping support for the 1418 release, but anything newer should be OK.I thought I had misread the notice and downloaded the current 1442 release on one of my machines, but still no joy. That's not the problem.
