    Hello, 

    i have a file server and all document stored on file server. i have problem when to save the file that already save on file server. when i want to save after edit the file, the file always pop up like want to save as a new file. how can i troubleshoot this ? This problem happen on 1 or 2 PC only but often.

    Hi Gagak Angkasa,

    Based on your description, it seems that the users cannot save the file normally.

    Did this issue appear all Excel files or a particular file? How about Word, PowerPoint?

    First please check if they open the file in read only mode.

    Then please check if the permission for these users is limited, please provide the full permission to these users and then check the result.

    Please refer to my suggestions first and check your environment.
