Excel file set to allow changes by more than one user at the same time. When trying to open it, I get a dialog box that tells me that the file is busy.
Related problem: when I do manage to open the file, I can edit and save multiple times, but at some point changes will not save because the file is busy. Excel won't let me close without saving, won't let me X out.
The remedy to both seems to be to shut down Windows 7 and re-start it.
Suggestions for trouble-shooting this problem?
