Pass the Hash - Windows 2008R2 Domain Controllers vs 2012R2

    Question

  • Hi guys,

I need to mitigate the Pass The Hash hacking technique and I would like to know if Windows 2012R2 has any additional security compared to Windows 2008R2.

I am familiar with the "Microsoft Strategies" but I have not been able to find out if there is any improvement on Windows 2012R2 compared to the prior releases.

    Thanks,
    Dario
