  • Hi,

This behavior occurs when one of the following conditions is true: .

    • The computer does not detect the Zune device.
    • The incorrect drivers are installed for the Zune device.

Please first Update to the current version of the Zune software. To obtain version 1.2 or a later version, download and install the Zune Setup package from the following Zune Web site:

  • This issue is not resolved. I have installed, reinstalled, unzooned everything and still get code 10 when I install.

I was under warranty and sent it to Microsoft, recieved a replacement zune and the same thing happens!

The zune syncs and functions perfectly on my friends laptop (XP SP2)...
