How to add a calculated column to a KPI/ Scorecard? RRS feed

  • Question

  • For a KPI, or the containing Scorecard, could the columns be configured to simply be Actual, Target, and B/(W), where the better/worse column is a runtime calculation based on Actual/Target?

    Thanks,

  • To restate the question, what I was looking for was a way to expose variance as a column in a KPI/Scorecard. I did find an article explaining how to define the score based on a variance, "Band By Stated Score":

However, I was looking for a way to expose an extra data-bound column (the variance value itself, in this case). I see that I can simply add a second Target, and bind it to any arbitrary field. This seems like a little bit of a hack, though - any thoughts?
