    It should be her.

    I don’t know what an ‘Att’ account is but if your friend wants a Windows Administrator account, let her log on, open a Run window (Windows Logo key+R), type netplwiz and press Enter. Highlight the account > Properties > Group Membership Tab, tick Administrator and Apply, etc.
