Network Access Account does Not Seem to be Working


  • We are having issues with our workgroup computers downloading software. The logs indicate authentication issues. We do have an NAA created and set under site settings and there are no issues in WinPE or during the OSD process except for the application installs. I don't understand what is going on; I actually made the NAA an admin on the DP and still the software would not download. 

    Looking through the logs it says it is requesting the content under the SYSTEM context, so it does not appear to even be using the NAA.

    The only workaround is to enable anonymous access to the DP which we don't want to do long term. Any ideas?
