CA Anti Virus for Vista

I just bought and downloaded CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2008 (issdm_en_32) which CA advertised on their site that it was for Vista.I tried to install the software and I contiumally get the following message which will not ldet me install the AV software:
"CA SEcurity Center error message"
"Error E9009: unsupported operating syste-WOW64
CA Security Center cannot be installed on this ops system."

CA is not compatible with OS Vista x64 Bits
