MOSS 2007 Licensing Decision RRS feed

  • Hi,

    we are planning to host SharePoint in DMZ and access the functionality from a ASP.NET application, like calling Webservices from the .NET Web server.
    in this case, do we need to purchase MOSS license to have the SP server in DMZ.

    can some one shed light into this plz.

    This depends upon the functionality you want to use.

    YOu can purchase in terms of standard and enterprise based on your requirements.

  • You can call webservices from the free version of SharePoint as well. Here is a list with those webservices:
