I have a Windows 7 box that hosts many quickbooks data files. After closing the application the files remain open for days or even weeks as shown under computer mnanagement. The problem is I am syncing these data files to storage for back up and they are
skipped, ( the open files). Why are the data files remaining open, and can I create a cmd file to close the open files before the sync script runs? jim thate
