SCSM 2012 R2 attachemnts on the portal RRS feed

  • The activity implementers or the reviewers cannot see the attachments on the parent service request on the self-service portal. There is an attached file on the original SR however it shows "0" on the portal.

    Is this a bug or a permission issue?
