  • I would like to create a document, with a table, 4 rows 2 column, I would like both columns in a row to contain the same mail merge data, then each new row to have the next recipients data example: Row #1, column#1 ( #1 Mr. Smith) Row #1 column#2 ( #1 Mr. Smith) Row #2 column #1 ( #2 Mrs. Jones) Row #2 column#2 ( #2 Mrs. Jones) I'm familiar with mail merge, I know how to create the table, just don't know how and if I can create the document described. Please help if you can and thank you in advance.

  • Put a Next Record field before the name field at the start of the second, third and fourth rows (you can find this by clicking the Rules button in the Write & Insert Fields group on the Mailings ribbon in Word 2010).
