SONUS NET UX1000 Confguration with Nortel

Dears,

I'm trying to connect Lync 2013 with Nortel CS1000 using SONUS SBC1000 (NET UX1000) using an E1 PRI cable, till now the Nortel couldn't successfully connect to the gateway, i need someone to help me with the configuration from Nortel side to progress with the integration since the Nortel guys don't provide that much of help.

I need to know the exact order for the PRI cable which will connect the Nortel with the SBC gateway and the configuration done from Nortel side.

The cable gives red light and Loss of Service indicator on SBC side.

Hello,

Make sure you are using a E1 Crossover cable. Here's a diagram: http://support.red-fone.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=1

You can match the signaling information that the carrier gave you on the Sonus and Nortel

Hi,

I am not familiar with Nortel. It is recommended contacting Nortel support to confirm how to connect SONUS SBC1000. Thank you for your understanding.
