Vista Ultimate with Power point 2003 RRS feed

    Cannot open some but not all older power point files. System responds with "Blocked by your registry policy settings". Cannot see any asserted blocking restriction associated with the file, also the file permissions selection box is diabled.
    In the working files the file selection box is enabled. Any thoughts on the matter?
