restore a single user mailbox in exchange 2010

Question
-
Hi all,
it is looking like i am going to need to restore a mailbox for a single user only.
The customer uses exchange 2010 on sbs 2011. The backups of exchange are made with a third party solution which off loaded to a datacentre.
To be honest i would not know where to start on recovering the mailbox for the user in question.
Please can anyone help?
Thanks

Hi,
You can use either option - doesn't matter

Hi,
Create a recovery database and restore the mailbox database to this recovery database:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd876874.aspx
Then restore the mailbox from this recovery database:

New-MailboxRestoreRequest - do i have to use the mailbox GUID or can i use the username? Both options are covered in the suggested article but i am not sure which is the best method to use?
