This problem is occuring in the "Readyboost" service which means you must be using a USB flash device to add memory to your memory. To prevent this crash from occuring, you can stop using ReadyBoost, or you could upgrade to Windows Vista SP1, and install the fix from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941020. If you continue to have problems with emdmgmt.dll, please reply to to this thread.
