How to stop "Exchange Server Task Sync" error? RRS feed

  • The errors log are "Failure in updating the Exchange subscription for user ...."   for  allways the same UID. This one was first a desactivate user ( from AD). All the tasks were closed and no projects still se user. I found the user udi in the MSP_EXCHANGE_SUBSCRIPTIONS table.

    Can I remove the record for this deleted user?

    Updating database directly will put you into MS unsupported state.

    After deactivating this issue in AD , did you  uncheck "Synchronize Tasks " and set this user as inactive in PWA?
