run xbootmgr comamnd. The log only shows errors with a HP tool (C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\HP Connection Manager\hpConnectionManager.exe).

Which error files? Where is the link?
Follow my guide and use xbootmgr to trace what is slow:

Make sure you use the fastStartup feature and run the fastStartup xbootmgr command. Zip and upload the ETL file to your skydrive and post a link here."A programmer is just a tool which converts caffeine into code"
