Word 2007/2010 Mail Merge Question RRS feed

  • I have a mail merge in which my template has in the document various fields as you would expect.  But in addition to that i have a Database field to insert a table.  We have configured the table to properly limit the data in the table based on a field in document.

    All this works correctly except that I need to do the following:

    1. Adjust the column widths for the four columns in the table
    2. Remove the column headers (database field names)

    I understand that you can use Table AutoFormat as you insert the field but the problem is that I cannot seem to figure out how to create a style for it that has customized column widths.
