    Hello my name is Luciano

    I am implementing a smartcard solution for user management.
    I wonder if SMS Remote Tools or remote access allows the use of token (to map the driver) to make a RunAs from any application with the token

    I don't know of any way to do that. The built in features do not support any change in functionality to specify a RunAs - other than to use those credentials if the logged on user (launching Remote Tools) is not a permitted viewer. If not a permitted user, then you'd get prompted for creds to connect.
