OneTouch Diabetes Management Software v2.3 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,
I'm using the OneTouch Diabetes Management Software v2.3 to track my BG
readings and exporting to CSV and then importing into Telus Health Space
(I'm located in Canada) and have a couple of issues.

    1. My meter and the software measure my BG in mmol/L however, during the
import to HealthVault the measurement gets converted to mg/dl. Is there any
way to force the preservation of the original units of measurement? The
conversion seems to be accurate but I would rather not have to constantly
convert when looking at the data in HealthVault.

    2. My meter measures plasma, not whole blood values, but the data, once
imported into HealthVault shows as whole blood. This is a bigger problem as
the levels recorded in HealthVault are actually accurate for plasma
testing, not for whole blood testing.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Paul,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.  I have contacted our dev team and they have informed me that this issue will have to be resolved by Telus Health Space.

    Thanks
