Does anyone know if there is a role or specific permission that can be given to say a helpdesk person to allow them to just deleted
mobile phone partnerships in Exchange 2010?I am trying to give a helpdesk individual the access required to deleted mobile phone partnerships without allowing them any other

Hi tzinger,
If you want to have the permission to delete mobile phone partnership, or Remove-ActiveSyncDevice, you should be assigned the "Recipient Management" Role Group by default.
Remove-ActiveSyncDeviceBut if you want to your helpdesk to just delete parternship, you have to create a custom Role based on the "Mail Recipients" Role, remove any other Role Entry other than Remove-ActiveSyncDevice, then assign the custom Role to the Helpdesk person, thus the Helpdesk person can manage the parternship using EMS.Create a RoleRemove a Role Entry from a RoleAdd a Role to a User or USGFrank WangTechNet Subscriber Support in forum
