How do I prevent LocalizedResourceName from being reset? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I hate in Windows 7 how Explorer will show names of directories different than what the name of the directory actually is (ie, My Documents instead of Documents). So I delete the LocalizedResourceName value from the desktop.ini file for each folder which does this. With the latest Windows update the LocalizedResourceName was added back (grrrr!); instead of just delete the line from all of the files again, is there a value I can set LocalizedResourceName which will result in it never being "corrected" again?
