Make all meetings a Skype for Business meeting RRS feed

    So we have Exchange 2010 SP3 and Lync2010, both onPrem. We are in the process of installing some Polycom Trio 8800's and Surface Hubs. We find that if we forget to hit the "Skype for Business" box in Outlook when scheduling a meeting, the "Join" button on the Trio or SurfaceHub doesn't activate since it's not an actual Skype for Business meeting....

    So is there a way to have all meetings in a Resource room get added as a Skype for Business meeting? I haven't been able to figure this out.

    No natively no.  Over time people will get used to the change, remember to add the meeting info, and it won't be an issue.  You could try to hack Outlook to macro this in for you, but the second someone uses a different copy of Outlook it all breaks down.
