Transfer Files from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (Windows Easy Transfer)

  You will have to use a 3rd party utility as Windows 10 is not compatible with Windows 7 Easy Transfer.

  EaseUS has one such utility.  See their Windows 10 Easy Transfer Migrate Files, Programs and Settings Easily article for more information.
