How do I transfer Windows 7 files to Windows 10. I have a cable, my windows 7 computer is set up with Windows Easy Transfer but Windows 10 does not have a Transfer file.

You will have to use a 3rd party utility as Windows 10 is not compatible with Windows 7 Easy Transfer.
EaseUS has one such utility. See their Windows 10 Easy Transfer Migrate Files, Programs and Settings Easily article for more information.
