Exchange 2007 - Unable to create Internet Information Services (IIS) directory entry

  Hi all,

  What a pain in the a**!

  Fixed it by editing the metabase.xml file and deleting the 3 entries for of      IpSecurity=""

  As Tig Stone describes here:

  Deleted the OWA and recreated as instructions here:
