Authenicate to Self-Service Portal as a different user RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are running Service Manager 2010 SP1.  We have with the End User Portal configured with access from our intranet.  We have several kiosk computers that are logged in as a generic Active Directory user that only has access to the intranet.  We would like to find a way for those kiosk users to be prompted to the access the portal with authenication.  This will allow us to know who created the ticket and have individual contact information.

  • Thank you.  I created a batch file for the run as command that prompts for id and password.  This will work.
