Blue Screen Crashes RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello

Can someone help me with bluescreen crashes that my pc has been doing lately.

It seems to happen mostly when I am playing online games. I am suspecting it may be graphics related. Maybe the graphics card or drivers for it?

I was reading some of the posts here and I did get the dump file for the latest crash based on how to do it information from these forums. I created a OneDrive account and I think I uploaded the dump file on it correctly.

I think this is the link to it. Can someone help me decipher what the reason is in the dump file. I am confused about it.

Link to my OneDrive:  It wont let me post the link until my account is verified but I have no idea how to do that.

Here is the other info I copied

    Problem signature:

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

    OS Version: 6.1.7601.

    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:

    BCP1: 00000000C0000005

    BCP2: FFFFF880043890B0

    BCP4: 0000000000000000

    OS Version: 6_1_7601

    Service Pack: 1_0

Thank you, any help is greatly appreciated

  • To post a link replace the https// WITH hxxps//

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here

  • Ok I keep tring to post the link to my OneDrive with the dump file, but the website says I cant post any images or links until I get verified by your website first,

Can you tell me how to get verified and then we can move forward from there?

  • Is this what you mean to do with the link?

  • This one crash is related to your nVidia video driver.

Completely remove the current driver (or software) and install the newest driver available.  For instructions on how to do that Read all about updating drivers by my partner JMH3143 here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_other-hardware/updating-a-driver/a5e6345e-af9b-4099-bef0-8d22254aa1c1?tm=1436753520149
