SIP Address showing in Missed Call Emails RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We have a problem where when a user received a missed call from a PSTN Connection, the SIP Address of the user is provided rather than their email address. In our organisation we use a different domain for Skype for Business than Email.

    Missed call messages where the phone number cannot be looked up will just show the incoming Phone Number.

    Is there anything that can be done in Exchange to resolve the issue?

  • It appears that this is a limitation of Azure Voicemail. So while the issue was addressed in Exchange UM On Prem. There isn't a fix for Azure Voicemail as it isn't aware of the user's email address.
