    Hi All,

    I am using MS Project 2010 desktop version.

    I have created a custom filter and view and would like to add it to the ribbon.  Is this possible?  If so, can someone guide me through the process.

    Kind Regards,

    CharlieJo

  • Hi,

    You cannot directly add your filter to the ribbon, rather what you have to do is...

    1. Create your filter.

    2. Record a macro and use the filter.  This creates a macro along the lines of...

    Sub Apply_My_Filter()
    ' Macro Apply_My_Filter
    ' Macro Recorded 26/09/17 23:51 by Ben Howard.
        FilterApply Name:="My Filter"
    End Sub

    3.  Add the Macro to the ribbon.
