    Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
    Expand Custom Views
    Click Administrative Events
    Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file here (if you can) to skydrive or a file sharing service

  • Hi Mon4d,

I suspect it is related to viruses or third party software confliction. You may try the following methods to test the issue.

    1. Scan for viruses

    2. Boot the computer in safe mode and check if that helps.
Advanced startup options (including safe mode)

    3. If the issue did not occur before, please try to use the system restore, return to the point which did not appear the problem.

  • Have you tried repairing windows using disk? You can also check this : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/windows7/products/features/startup-repair
