I keep getting a popup window RRS feed

    I keep getting a popup window stating the following...."C:\Windows\Microsoft.net\frameworks\v2.2.55/2\installutil.exe".... Is there a way to have this run in the background instead of popping up every 2 minutes? This just started a few weeks ago, and before that, it never popped up as it was doing it's thing.....Please direct me to a solution....thanks William

    Hi,

    The error pop up is likely coming from a program installed on your pc that requires ,Net Framework 2.0.

    You can try these steps:

    1. Boot into Safe Mode with networking and see if it still pops up.

    If it doesn't exist in Safe Mode, you can perform a clean boot and find which program requires .Net 2.0

    2. Activate .Net 3.5, which include .net 2.0&.Net 3.0 

    Type Turn Windows Features on or off in Search box and enable the .Net framework 3.5-Ok
