Is it possible to forward received mails automatically the next day to a different email address. RRS feed

    Hello,
    Would it be possible to forward automatically received emails with "weekly reports" to another emailadress the next day at 8am?
    The sender is a professional solarplant Portal (Solar-Log) that is not able to send it's weekly reports other than on a sundayevening (at 23pm). The reason why it can't send it on a other time is that Solarplants produce energy at daytime and therefore the reports would be uncorrect.

    Hi Vincent,

    Generally, we can delay the delivery of an individual email message or use rules to delay the delivery of all messages by having them held in the Outbox for a specified time after you click Send. But considering that the rule "defer delivery by a number of minutes" can only make the delivery be delayed up to 120 minutes, I'd like to suggest setting the "Do not deliver before" option for each message separately:

     

    Please note that Outlook need to be open to send a delayed email.

    In addition, if you have further concerns about the possibility to automatically apply this defer delivery setting to all messages with "weekly reports", you may consider posting a new thread to the following dedicated MSDN forum for Outlook to consult whether the requirement can be realized using macro:
