    I'm wondering if there are any management packs out there that can monitor Tripp Lite UPS devices?

    Hello,

    As far as I know, there is no such management pack to monitor this. You may contact Tripp Lite to check this.

    If SNMP can be trapped for the device, you may try to use SNMP monitoring in SCOM 2012:
